We accept returns on products that meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: Products can be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:
    • Unpacked items, or used items.
    • Customized or personalized products
    • Gift cards

To initiate a return:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Return Shipping: The Organic Natural will not charge you any extra cost for Return shipping.

Once we receive your returned item and it’s inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund request.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your provided bank account.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be granted, for example, if items are returned in a damaged or used condition.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please inform our team on provided contact details, and follow the guidelines for the desired product.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Report: Notify us immediately, but no later than 7 days from receiving your order.
  2. Photos Required: Please provide photos of the damaged/defective item(s) along with your order number.
  3. Replacement or Refund: We will offer a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund for defective items.
