Shipping Policy
Usually, all items are sourced from our warehouse and dispatched within 12-24 hours in business day. However, we will let you know via a phone call or SMS/Whatsapp if an item is out of stock, and the soonest it can be dispatched.
Local order delivery can take between 2-5 working days, and for international delivery please WhatsApp/email (03366912132 & info@theorganicnatural.com ) us for courier and shipment details. We strive to ensure that your orders reach you as soon as possible. After placing an order, you will instantly receive a confirmation E-mail with details of your order. It will then be our priority to swiftly dispatch your order.

- Estimated Delivery Time
For local orders, you can expect your parcel to arrive within 2 to 5 working days. For international orders, please reach out to info@theorganicnatural.com for specific delivery details. All orders are processed within 12 to 24 hours and are scheduled for delivery based on stock availability and payment method. Please note that if your payment method is anything other than COD, we may request additional payment verification before processing the order. During sales events, deliveries may take 4 to 8 working days. - Shipping Costs for Local and International Orders (Other than Free shipping items)

For deliveries within Pakistan, we offer a flat shipping rate of PKR 220 per order, regardless of the weight or destination. For international shipments, kindly email info@theorganicnatural.com for shipping rates.
- Are Shipping Costs Included in the Total Price?
Shipping costs are communicated separately during checkout. The final amount you pay will include both the cost of the items and the applicable shipping charges, if item is offering free shipping than its shipping costs appearing “Zero” at checkout. - How to Track Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a Tracking ID with courier details via whatsapp and/or email. You can use this ID to track your order through our courier partner’s website. - Which Courier Service Do You Use?
For domestic deliveries, we are partner with PostEx, Call Courier and BlueEx, while for international shipments, we rely on DHL or FedEx. - What Happens if I’m Not Available to Receive My Order?
Our courier agents will make two delivery attempts. Please ensure that the delivery address, phone number, and area code are correct when placing your order. If both attempts fail, the item(s) will be returned to the sender. - Can I Change the Shipping/Billing Address After My Order is Processed?
